Why bother making Epic Burgers?
Do you remember when you had a great meal, something memorable, something that you want to eat again and will look forward to. Burgers aren’t often like that, but we are determined to make them a fantastic eating experience whether at The Elbow Room or in your own home. Quality ingredients count for a lot and we aim to use the best possible to pack our burgers with flavour. Cheap meat is the enemy of a great burger and our Aberdeen Angus burgers get the balance right, with flavour, moisture and texture
We are passionate about making great burgers. Our butcher gets the best quality Aberdeen Angus chuck steak, with the right level of fat content to avoid that horrible dry burger that cloys in the mouth. We then use proper flavoursome smoked cheese, the best Burford Brown eggs, locally sourced Cheshire streaky bacon and proper toppings or condiments. It isn’t the cheapest way of doing things, but we don’t want to offer anything other than the best possible. When we deliver we do our utmost to get a pipping hot product in the hands of the delivery team (not easy with fries). Our packaging reflects this and we want our food to be an “experience” for the whole family and not just a belly filler.
